Due to the retirement of our previous director, Bishopgray have left the Fisher Group. We thank Steve Wilson for his support during the transition. Bishopgray is now under new ownership, in the same group as SVW Limited. Charles Gray and Ian Clarke remain as the Senior Engineers at the Workshop facility in Aldermaston.
Bishopgray were delighted to be part of the 2017 Lagonda Owners Club AGM weekend.
As part of the five year business plan Bishopgray were pleased to finish stage two of the refurbishment in time for the Lagonda AGM Weekend. This included acquiring the adjacent yard, enclosing and gravelling it to provide a clean client’s parking area.
Bishopgray have just received our newest project, a custom bodied Lagonda M45 from Italy. We are about to start a full safety critical component inspection including non-destructive testing before a recommissiong for the road.
As part of our ongoing program of improvements we have a new member of our engineering team. Ian Clarke joins Bryan and Charlie at the Aldermaston site. Ian is a Chartered Engineer with 12 years experience in the Military Aviation maintenance field so has the right eye for detail and work ethic. He is gaining knowledge quickly of Lagonda restoration and maintenance and will be a new asset to the team going forward.
